Q: What regular service intervals do you have?

A: You can choose from one time, weekly, or bi-weekly service. We also do post-renovations.

Q: How long does it take?

A: Services vary from one home to another and one client to another. Maret meets with you at your home to see your home, the project, and discuss your needs.

Q: Will the same person clean each and every time?

A: Our policy is to provide the same person each and every time. We do not send teams of ladies in at one time unless it is a large project like a post-renovation cleaning.

Q: Do you have a minimum cleaning time limit?

A: Yes, 4 hours.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to any lady arriving. A 4 hour cancellation fee would apply.

Q: Do you supply cleaning materials?

A: Yes, we provide Simple Sudz ion-enzyme cleaner at a cost to you.

Q: I have an upright vacuum, a Dyson even, why don't cleaning companies like them?

A: Uprights, even a Dyson are fabulous for carpets. That's it. A canistor vacuum such as the Dirt Devil Breeze is an excellent choice for furniture, stairs, curtains, vents, baseboards, crevices, under beds, under furniture, places where an upright can't do. Microfiber cloths that we offer through our service are great for all surfaces.

Q: Do you provide invoices and receipts?

A: Yes. Our staff leaves an invoice at completion of the cleaning. We can also send you an e-bill in pdf format.

Q: My house is 1200 square feet, how much will it cost?

A: Services can vary from one house to another. Amount of furniture, nick nacks, pictures, carpet or hardwood, ceramic or vinyl, etc all affect the time taken to clean. The service is hourly based. You can request a budget clean or a full clean. Call to inquire.

Q: Why are independent cleaning ladies less than your service?

A: Private cleaning ladies typically charge cash for hourly or flat rate cleaning. Our business is a professional, insured, uniformed service providing invoices, taxes and receipts.
